While try to connect with my fiber I am getting wrong password pop-out and if I try to reset the password from their mobile app I am getting “unable to fetch details please try later” error message.
And my complaint is pending with them from 27th of May 2024, still I didn’t got any resolutions.
And it’s really very tough to connect with there customer support.
