I have lodged a complaint via the airtel Thank you poral on 23rd Aug.
The allocated ticket No is CLCNF3CHN20210823991974.
Can you please action and resolve the connectivity issue as I a not receiving any SMS and I am unable to connect to the local network (Optus/Telstra?Vodaphone). I get the following message:
– Your SIM does not allow connection to this network.
I have been using this service for the last few years to get SMS from India without any issues and since recharging my prepaid connection on 13 Aug i am unable to connect any of the Australian network either automatically or manually.
I am a NRE customer holding a valid Adhar card and an AIrtel customer since 2018. Iam currently in Australia and this service is crucial to me for lodging my tax claims especially during the Covid crisis where I am unable to make trips to India.
I have lodged the complaint on 23rd Aug and so far there has been no resolution.
Your urgent action is appreciated.
