I’ve experienced bad customer service with these applications/websites. I tried logging in on my account on a new device but it kept showing that my credentials are wrong, of course I opt to approach customer service as I have no choice left but the artificial intelligence assistant wasn’t able to help me. I submitted reports about my accounts but still have no reply/solutions, I’m only wishing that a real human could help me out with my problems except for an AI that kept repeating its statement even though it’s wrong.
