I have recharged for rs.598 at 5-5-2020, which has 1.5Gb daily data.
Also previously I had used the same plan in which I could access 3G net connection in my phone(3G).
But now I can only access 2G network,which is too slow for my usage.I have contacted several service centers but they said that Airtel has stopped the 3G network quite back.I have no prior informative messages from your side.Now, Why should I have to spend my money for the poor net connection,totally disappointing. Is there any way to cancel the plan and get my considerable money back.
