Sir my name sreenath in kerala ,here lot of people suffering to change pack and tharif,because of not getting call center ,after calling long time the call will get disconnect ,sir here people are using normal phone so they can’t changing pack in online in any other shopes they are charging big amount for pack change .sir most of the custmours not using Airtel because of the issue of the call center sir before we can change pack in m boss app but sill it is not available,sir iam your dealer and techinician also sir plese bring a troll free number for the custmours like sun direct and d2h or your airtel custmour will be migrated with other dth please ensure abetter quality in custmour caire
