I’m shiek. I bought a Redmi Note 20 pro for ₹28000 on 07/02/2023. Due to heat issue the phone started bending. I visited Xiaomi service center on 27/02/2023. They inspected and said that it can’t be claimed under warranty. The phone is a 20 days new phone and it would have gone for durability test. Then how it is not claimed under warranty.
So I’m filing this complaint against xiaomi to replace my phone or resolve my issue under warranty.
I kindly request you to help me out in this issue and give justice to me as a consumer.
