Last there months I tried to claim my Amazon prime subscription on Airtel thanks app but when I click on claim button it show me unexpected error. Which is oops something went wrong.
For this problem I had to complaint at airtel approx 8 to 10 times and aslo I did 4 time tweet and get the 2 time reply but never gets any solution.
Rather I did mail to their senior officers and Airtel thanks app support customer again didn’t get any result.
I am writing this complaint to keep hope that surely get the solution as soon as possible.
