My Prepaid plan has the Amazon Prime membership benefits, but i am unable to to claim the benefits through their Airtel thanks app.
Their service desk is so bad , not getting any resolution from mails, calls regarding the concern
Claim now option is not visible! also other benefits with this plan is disabled.
No local Branch people reachable to help this query.
Tried Reinstalling the app, even reset my phone .Still no solution.

IF IMMEDIATELY NOT RESOLVED , WILL DISCONTINUE THIS SIM ALONG WITH POSTPAID AIRTEL SERVICE WHICH IS OWNED BY MY FAMILY
