My postpaid plan has the Amazon Prime membership benefits, but i am unable to to claim the benefits including Amazon prime,Online Courses,Airtel Secure etc
when I click claim now button on amazon prime it shows an unexpected screen.
(oh Snap!Oops!Something went Wrong)
I had visited nearby Airtel store for this no one is able to help.
Also sent email no response.
Tried Re_installing the app,even reset my phone to factory setting 10times..Still no solution..I think there is a bug on Airtel Thanks App
Airtel is resolving this issue without fixing it
