I recharged my number on 28th January 2022, morning. The recharge plan that I opted for Rs. 699/- includes Amazon Prime Membership for 2 months. Now, after recharge when I am trying to activate the Prime Membership, Airtel is not allowing it. I had been talking to Customer Care Number since yesterday morning, but they are not at all supportive. They were earlier asking for Problem Resolving Time till 4th Feb, now they are asking this resolution time till 15th February. When I asked them for grace period till my problem get resolved, they simply denied. I called Amazon Prime Customer Service, they told me to ask for 32 digits alphanumeric Partner Id, with the help of which Prime Customer Service people can activate the service. But these Airtel fellows sent me an SMS with fake Customer ID.
I am feeling helpless, guys please support me to raise this issue.
