Firstly, I want to tell that Airtel Customer Service is very poor. It has been a month since I registered the complain. Secondly there are no specific department for Airtel thanks app. Customer service is unable to explain what the problem is then solution is way far off. After these many days they are unable to resolve my problem. In my Airtel thanks app there is no option for claiming benefit. From all these scenario, I get to know the reason for downfall of Airtel. I request Airtel please improve customer service.
