Today at the time of recharge my number when I tried to redeem coupon of Rs. 50(47 left unredeemed) I’m unable to do the same. When I tried to call ur customer care team they told that due to some technical issues u are unable to claim the such coupon. But as today it is the last date to recharge my number i have done it without such coupon. So when it is in working please return my 50 rs.

I’ve recharged Rs. 49.00 to AIRTEL Prepaid Number 9883382237 today thru’ net banking ( State Bank of India ) which belongs to my son, the said amount has been debited from my account but no TXN. ID shown by AIRTEL. I confused it has been recharged or not ?
