Hi
My registered tatasky number is 9790838475. I have called customer care multiple times, letting them know that i haven’t been able to select my pack both on the mobile app and the website. Every time i try i get a message that says that there are technical issues. I was given a dealer’s number to contact. Funny that the dealer himself has not been able to choose a pack for himself and for his customers. I call customer care, no one helps. They say that i have an internet issue. How can i have an internet issue, while i m able to login to yourvapp and the website and ur webpage is saying thatvthry have technical issues. No one is ready to give an email address to register a complaint. I have wasted so much time with no help. I m a very unhappy customer. Just respond.
