I have been trying to check my balance since a few days by dialing *121#, but the number is not responding. I had recharged with an unlimited pack of 399 Rs, but I am not able to check how much MB I have used. This is really causing a lot of inconvenience to me. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
