I had opt for the family plan of airtel, but data limit has been set for my child number and after that limit is over child number was unable to use data.
After that i complaint to customer care more than 20 times, every representative gave me just false promises and assured that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs, its more than 1 month and yet i am waiting for resolution, complaint gets closed every time in 24 hrs with a message that issue has been resolved but the problem still persist.
From airtel thanks app also i had tried to change data limit for my child number but its not allowing me to change data limit. I am also attaching screenshot herewith for your refrence.
Told customer care many times to resolved my issue, but they just assured with different excuses everytime.
Even after paying more than Rs. 1100/- per month i am unable to fully utilise my plan benefits.
This type of message i get every time while filling a complaint:
“Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3731966347506 related to Self Care on your Airtel Number 7218054473 has been closed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal.”
But still i am data limit has not been changed. I had more than 250 GB data than why my child number is able to use only 30-40 GB, i havent set any limit for my child number.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
