I am trying to terminate my jio fiber connection, and in the process i’ve been advised to mail them so i sent a mail to jio fiber care team and in response to that mail i got a follow up mail that jio’s email support team are currently restricted so they suggested me to contact them through my jio chat support. So i carried forward my request there and the response i got there is to contact them through mail. This process is repeating in a loop. Don’t know what to do here.
