Text of Complaint by Imran Pasha:

I have been using Airtel broadband service since last 3 months and having a frequent disconnection issue and every time I use the Airtel app and get the service complaint registered and the technician visit my place and say he has done some changes in the backend and it should work fine then again I would have a similar issue in next couple of days and now I am really tired and want to disconnect the service so I don’t get billed again.

I called 121 but unable to speak with airtel representative. I’m using the Airtel thanks app, there’s no option to cancel the service in-app too.
