Airtel broadband automatically renewed after one month and shows a bill will be generated and i need to pay. I’m unable to cancel the service as it a lockdown period in Chennai, Tamilnadu. Called 121 but unable to speak with airtel representative. Im using Airtel thanks app, theres no option to cancel the service in app too. Also, while getting new connection, customer care representative told that i can get refund for installation charges, but when I enquired now, there’s no such option in Airtel.
