I m a prepaid customer of airtel. I recharged my number with talktime facility being provided by airtel from Airtel Thanks app. I got the balance of Rs. 81.75 in my airtel account upon recharge of Rs. 100 but m still unable to make calls from my number. They just force us to recharge for another pack even after having talktime balance.
