Unable to call customer care after recharge expires

Text of Complaint by Rudra:

My recharge was done on a wrong number, I called customer care when outgoing was enabled on my phone number that time I was able to call, as I have raised request for my wrong recharge reversal, they raised request and asked me to wait for 10 days, they closed my request without giving my money back.
Now the outgoing was disabled, If I have money balance in my sim, I should be able to call, but that money is useless now as I can not make call without recharge and once I recharge i never make so many calls to use the whole balance.

Second thing, they should allow me to call customer care, if I am facing issue in their network and I need to tell them to resolve that, why should I be charged for that. And if I do not have any validity and balance pack I can not call the customer care, ehy is that so?

Now If I recharge and call them and get my recharge back then I will have 2 revharge for same time, as I earlier mentioned I do not make so many calls.

Third thing is, why is not there any validity pack only? Why am I forced to recharge that much, I do not want to recharge for call if I have balance, i just only want validity why is there no option.

Firth thing, why is there no rule for these kind of things, if they do not resolve customer’s problem they what do we customer’s have to report against them?

Why is there no rule in favor of customers?
