Dear sir/mam,
I am unable to call any special/helpline no’s from my Airtel postpaid no. 9412703209 even 121/198… I registered a complaint regarding this on 3rd Sep with the service request no 31- 2327137248861 but still the issue is unresolved even though I got message from Airtel that it will be resolved by first 7th Sep and later 30th Sep..
It’s been more than 40 days, Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible as i am facing a lot of problems due to it..
