Text of Complaint by Ambika Singh Tomar:

I am unable to avail the internet facility on my postpaid airtel no. I recently changed my prepaid plan to postpaid. The sim got activated after 4 days after requesting them a lot. No one was taking my requests and complaints seriously. Also I was told by them on Twitter that they are continuously trying to callm but I am not answering their calls. But the fact is I haven’t received a single call today. My internet has been shut since morning after my sim got activated. It is very difficult for me to attend my official meetings. I am deeply saddened by their poor services and still I am asked to wait since morning because they are trying to resolve my issue and I have not been updated about it.
