Text of Complaint by Pranav Deo:

I migrated from prepaid to postpaid because of Amazon Prime Offer.

My postpaid sim got activated on 8th December,2018. Today is 9th Jan 2019. From last one month, I have called airtel customer care for 100 times and 5 cases/tickets are open on my name. Customer care representative says it will be resolved in 24/48 hours but no one resolved it.I took 399/- postpaid plan only for amazon prime.

From last 1 month, I am unable to avail amazon prime service as it is deactivated in only one day after activation.

This is shameful for Airtel and you are going to loose one customer soon.THIS IS FRAUD. I WANT JUSTICE.
