My post paid connection mobile no is 9950999379 which i upgraded on 3 July to infinity plan of Rs 999/- pm but unable to add the two family numbers for which I had sent several mails to customer care and nodel officer but all went in vain. They are sending only stero type replies instead of solving the problem.
Very very poor response and assistance to a platinum customer.
Thinking to switch over very soon
