I recharged unlimited pack of 699 for 56 days on my airtel number on 28/04/2022. It had a offer for 56 days amazon prime membership with the plan which was the reason for me choosing the plan. But after recharge i claimed the amazon prime offer through airtel thanks app but the prime membership is not reflected in the Amazon prime app. When i click on the offer icon on airtel thanks it is redirecting me to the app but amazon prime membership is not getting activated on amazon prime videos. I have given complaint to airtel and visited their store but they are unwilling and uncooperative to resolve the issue. Please provide me with necessary compensation and take action against airtel for frauding the customers with such offers.
