I recharged my airtel number (i.e 9755443876) on 24 August 2021 , 12:26 pm which guarantees me unlimited calls, 300 SMS and 1GB data with a validity for 24 days . The issue I’m facing is that I’m unable to access my mobile data which is really bother me as I’m unable to work online as my kids are unlabe to attend their online classes , and i hope you understand that how annoying it gets when you’re unable to use the data when you have PAID for it . I want airtel to fix this issue as soon as possible and I must say that I’m really disappointed in airtel for this as I’m continuously trying the customer care no. And the voice assistant just simply ignores my commands. Looking forward to hearing from you ASAP
