I AM USING JIO GIGAFIBRE.PRESENTLY I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET FROM 10 DAYS.I COMPLAINED ON CUSTOMER CARE AND MAIL ALSO THEY COMMITED ME EVERY TIME BUT STILL THE PROBLEM IS SAME.I RECHARGED MY PLAN ON 21.04.2020 AND FROM 23.04.2020.I REQUEST THEM TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN SAVE MY MONEY. I AM NOT USING INTERNET.I TALKED TO LOCAL SERVICE ENGINEER IN MY AREA THERE IS NO RESTRICTIONS FOR ENTRY PERMIT.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.
