Text of Complaint by Meharaj:

Have converted my airtel postpaid connections to prepaid in mid November 2021. From this point I am unable to browse using both connections(7675080900 & 7675010900) through dongle. Have logged requests with airtel helpdesk on 21st November (CLCNF3BLR20211121328196 & CLCNF3BLR20211121328559) and assured that both the tickets will be addressed by 29th November. Today on 2nd December issue is still open. While I am trying to reach airtel helpdesk couple of times, either i Kept on hold or helpdesk is redirecting my call to IVR or supervisors finally call is getting disconnected without any resolution.
