Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I Subrato Sharma, from Kolkata- 700098, is a Airtel customer. My Mobile # is 9038966385. Recently, I am facing a critical issue which I had never faced earlier.
Whenever I am trying to do any transaction using this number internet, on the Gateway page is giving error “This site can`t be reached. www.abc.com server IP address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”.
It`s happening with all payment gateway sites. But at the same time if I use any other network Hotspot internet and try to access the same from same mobile it’s going smoothly without any error.
If the problem is with the site then It might not be accessible from any network. But from another network same site is accessible. It might be due to some firewall blockage which we also can see if we create any rule to block any site from the firewall. This is happening both from the mobile app as well as from the browser.
I have also tried to get some resolution for this from 198. But as per the CCE they are unable to help me on this and after I forced they have opened Ticket for this issue (ticket #- C4GSP20207226931).
So, it’s my personal request to you kindly look into this matter so that I can get a quick solution for this.
