On 12th of December 2024, order was created and taken on 13th of December, its 6 days now, have taken this porter service to dispatch my parcel from Mumbai to Raipur but tracking link was not updating I was informed that it will be updated and be assured will be delivered on time i.e on 18th December, 2024 but its not delivered even they are not aware where it is now??
I have a new startup and was supposed to deliver the product on time but I failed and it affected my name and also my brand image for making false commitment. Even the event suffered because of this failure.
Instead of repeated mail to PORTER and repeated conversation with Customer care team no one is taking a interest in solving the matter or at least to let me know about the exact location of my parcel.
They even Asked me to pay excess amount as a Volumatic weight is increased which i paid immediately but the excess amount was wrongly charged as per the pre defined combination i was unable to edit the exact dimension and they charged me for that too without understanding the concern and even that excess amount is not reflected in the porter app.
