I made a purchase of 1945/- from mobikwik zip services and somehow I missed to pay the same by due date so instead of barring my services from mobikwik the mobikwik is doing fraud by applying un-necessary and illogical huge penalty charges that too without informing the coustomer.
They made it around 12987/- against 1945/- purchase, instead of making a call to customer to pay his/ her due they are adding monthly penalty ,this looks funny to me now.
Waive this off immediately otherwise I am gonna sue the mobikwik for fraud that they are doing with customer.
I will pay a sensible amount only with my purchase and some late fees on monthly basis if this was miss from your end that cannot cost more than Rs2000-3000 , rest is upto you.
