Dr. R. Vidyadhar, r/o Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, along with crores of victims across India, regret to inform that we purchased Reliance Jio mobile phones @ 1800/ in the year, 2018. At that time we were informed that after utilising the mobile for three years, and if returned in proper condition , the entire amount would be returned. I utilised it, and went to Jio office in Guntur, having tested the mobile and noted all the details, after a month, I was informed that money can’t be returned, this is nothing but cheating. I request the persons concerned to look into the matter seriously and return my money asap. My jio number is 6303941054. My other number is 9440715979, 8985527369.
