The order was taken as per the porter app shows… But due to phone hanging phone was switched off.. customer thought that partner has cancelled that order after that partner called the customer and asked about the order cancellation.. he said to go offline and come to get the order… Now the partner’s account was suspended… So now this is not the partner mistake and the customer care agent is not responding rudely.. please take any actions
