I have been a docomo customer. when the TATA DOCOMO stops the call services, docomo customers forced to switch on airtel connection with a plan of 350 postpaid connection (for docomo customers they provide offer -100 ). AIRTEL  company directly misuse the choice of customers strictly restricted to a single plan. it is the only choice, otherwise they will not permit to port our number into airtel.

to avoid further problems we are ready to register my number into airtel postpaid connection with an offer   249 monthly plan. for my second bill they sent an amount of 352/-. What an unethical strategy.?

I have intimated this complaints two times at the aleppey airtel office also through mail airtel service centr.

AIRTEL customer service not yet taken any action.
