I place the online order for new mobile on flipkart on dated 10th Aug 2023 and pay the all amount, that time showing delivery date was 12th Aug 2023, after that suddenly rescheduled the delivery date and showing 16th aug 2023, I want give to surprise gift to my wife on her birthday but not get me on time. We continually follow up with filpkart customer service executive but they don’t know the where is my parcel…they not given any feedback just saying escalate the matter with senior.
This is harassment for me. required your help to resolve the my issue and give a compensate.
