The above company had contacted me via WhatsApp saying that they are providing free data entry work from home. They asked me to submit 450 forms within 5 days and I will be paid for the work. As I accepted the same, they immediately sent me login details and asked to sign their terms and conditions.
As they said it was free I unsuspecting signed their terms and conditions.
I also started entering the forms. As I am completing a single form they started retrieving the same at the same time. They did not wait for me to complete the 450 forms and recheck the same.
After the 450 forms were entered they sent me a WhatsApp message saying that I have not reached 80% accuracy and I have to pay the company Rs. 5000/- + GST i.e. total Rs5900/- else I have to face legal proceeding. They sent me an Invoice number 791 without GST number and no Bank details. When asked for bank details they are sending a QR code.
I am attaching the invoice herewith.
Please advise as I am facing mental tension.

This has come to our notice that you did not submit the work with desired accuracy even after bounded with the contract terms. As per the contract you have agreed upon certain terms such as, to complete 450 forms with 80% accuracy within the stipulated time of 5 days but you are failed to do so and which is why we have incurred losses. We provided you the work at no cost for the quality work from your end however, you have let us down.
Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the penalty of Rs.5000 + GST (portal charges) as soon as possible to the below mentioned account. We have to transfer this amount to our end client for not submitting their project with accuracy and on given period of time otherwise it will lead to legal consequences.
Kindly contact to the legal advisor and clear this as soon as possible.
If you failed to do so then the company may take legal actions against you. For the same, we will be serving you the legal notice to your postal address against which you have to revert legally and we do have your AADHAR card details with us so, we can deteriorate your CIBIL rating as well in course of non submission of your penalty amount. You can find lots of issues with your banking procedures also then.
As soon as you will pay the amount you will get NOC (No objection certificate) from our company.
