Dear Team
I am getting constant text regarding unpaid amount on simpl whereas I have never been a user of simpl app but on my return today I have found thousand of text of harassment regarding unpaid amount of Rs. 3594/-
On enquiry I found that a courier boy came to deliver the good to my house and on questioning him and informing him that we haven’t paid any amount for any watch his reply was that it’s already paid and we need not to pay anything and it was given.
For your kind information the watch is kept as it is intact in the box as we did not want it.
So there is no question of paying a single penny for what we did not order and want.
So request you to kindly take back the stuff that was delivered to us wrongfully on order to avoid any further actions which I will take against such harassment on a regular basis.
So request you to process the return process and nullify the account or close the account whichever suits you.
And if you still persist and show adamancy on your decision then even i have to go in for legal help against such misconduct.
This is the mail I have sent them but they have changed email address and no point of contact is there
