Hi. I purchased a UCB Trolley on Amazon.in. We used it only for one travel and it’s not worth for another travel. As the amazon return time us closed and I was asked to contact UCB for the same. Product was under 5 year warranty . It was just 2 months after the purchase the trolley got battered. Ucb denied service. Furthermore I contacted Amazon regarding the same and attached all the mails I sent to UCB. They asked me for denial letter. I did ask ucb ppl thrice. They arent responding
