Hello everyone here,

I ordered a complete meal from McDonald thorough Ubereats but fries & coke were missing in the delivered packet so I reached Ubereats customer support in the help section of the mobile App .

Please check the attached screenshots to know how Ubereats customer support replies to a customer. It feels that they are not here to help us and just to reply sorry about whatever happened.

Even I asked for a cashback for the fries and coke for which I asked paid them still they are not even ready to provide cashback for the items not delivered by then for which I have already paid them in advance.

I strongly recommend not to use Ubereats for any food ordering instead go for other services available on internet, they always provide the best service in terms of customer service.

I request all of you who are reading this review: DON’T USE UBEREATS SERVICES.
