Text of Complaint by Riya:

I book uber cabs a lot.
Drivers do cancel the cabs unnecessarily. Sometimes they do keep calling us, or they text before about drop location, if they don’t want to go for the destination, either they cancel the cab, ask thr passenger to cancel it, or they just ignore, we have to keep calling them, they just don’t move the car towards pick up location, and at last after wasting so much time and energy, we have to cancel the cab by ourselves. Time and energy is wasted, and then uber puts cancellation charges on us. Drivers are creating this nuisance because if they are cancelling the ride, it would be penalty for them from company’s end. If thr driver arrives and then he comes to know about drop location, they behave rudely and clearly says that they will not go beyond a certain point. Uber do not have a proper customer support system just to avoid the passengers’ complaints. Even after legal cases over ola and uber, still these people haven’t made any changes and still continuing with their non sense behaviour
