Very Disappointed to see that there is absolutely no safety measures followed by Uber in Covid time. There is no process of disinfecting the Car post every ride. 8th Mar 21 & 12th Mar 21 – I have taken the ride, for going to International Airport & coming back. Both the time I have observed no disinfection being done. Drivers were clue less. I have made a call to Uber & explained the seriousness of the matter. Uber has given me very generic answer which doesnt solve the issues. Post that I have asked Uber to explain whats the process of disinfecting the car, till date they haven’t responded. Customer care is pathetic , they only gives global gyan without substance. I am quite surprise to see there is no such protocol these cabs are following which ensures the safety of guest & Driver both. #Uber #Covidnoncompliance
