Text of Complaint by Lata Singh:

I ordered on 7 th may 2019 from Uber eats by payment mode ( cash) at train,but the order they could not deliver in time,so it was cancelled by them, again I was placing some other order on 25 th August,and wanted to pay by paytm wallet,as soon as I authorized uber eats to charge fr order, immediately Rs 229.99,deducted from my paytm wallet, repeatedly I m writing message on helpline,but still they have not refunded my money back,how they can charge fr the cancelled order after 3 months,need my refund asap,screenshot of cancelled order is attached, fr cancelled order after three months amount should be zero,but it is showing g 229.99,pl help in refund.
