Hi,
I placed order in uber eats with order id: 123B1 on 17 sept 2019.
I am checking status continously and order also picked. As soon as order picked, suddenly i could see order cancelled. I dont know why its cancelled. I tried a lot calling customer care but no reponse and wrote a mail about, they simply closed my conversation stating that i cancelled the order. I asked for proof of saying that i cancelled the order,then no response.
Please help in getting refund to me.
