Text of Complaint by Himika Ramchandani:

I had placed a request for delivery of a parcel from one place to another. The parcel contained Kanjiwaram Saree worth INR 25000/-. The delivery man was on motor bike and as confirmed by him he was carrying the parcel by tying it through a rope to his bike. And he lost my parcel in transit. He clarified that 1-2 km before the place of delivery he had checked and corrected the position of the parcel. But when he reached the delivery point, it was not there. Uber being a service provider, shall be placed responsible for its representatives and shall indemnify the loss caused to me.
