I have taken loan from tytocash and my due date is 11-09-2022 and I paid them as on dated 10-09-2022 but till date i.e 16-09-2022 still my loan not yet closed I make so many call to their customer care number but nobody pickup the call and their line always busy I also write mail to their email but no response till date and they regularly send me SMS that my amount is due and I have to pay my amount kindly look into this Matter and do the needful for closing my loan thank you
