My name is Varsha Govind Chaudhary, I had taken loan from Tyto Cash on 23-07-2022, then their application was on Playstore.Then when the time for repayment came, their application was banned by RBI because it was a fraud application, it was using people’s data and blackmailing them.I didn’t get the money from any company even after talking to customer care for repayment but I didn’t get any response.Then one day I went to the bank to take a personal loan, then from there I came to know that this is a loan of Rs 1500.When RBI has banned the application then why is this loan showing in my CIBIL please help me delete or close this loan from my CIBIL
