ON 25/10/2021, had paid as usual, into AIRTEL BANK RS.225/- being my monthly bill.. SMS received from AIRTEL acknowledging receipt into AIRTEL BANK vide TXN ID.5190445261 of 25/10/21 at 14.57 hrs. despite this, till this moment, TV code 6 appears , YOUR ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED DUE TO LOW BALANCE. On dialling the numbers provided, it says there is INSUFFICIENT BALANCE… and am advised to recharge my account. This indeed smacks of unfair trade practices. kindly help.
For your kind info i am a WIDOW aged 79 years and live by myself..
