Sir, I have purchased classic 350 Gun Metal Grey Alloy Wheels on 21st October but on 15 November 2020 near about 1 pm afternoon suddenly my bike stop while I am driving this incident happen 1.5 km away from my home. I raise complaint to customer care to road side assistant to fix my problem at 01:15pm,they have accept my problem and arrange a technician who fix this issue at 03:00pm the technician visit near about 03.30pm and he examine the problem and said sir our other department send crane who took your bike to service center this will take maximum 2 hour. I was left my bike on Road in front of a shop and request him to take care and shopkeeper allow me to stand my bike in front of his store later (Case ID TI00504888). I call the royal Enfield contact person (+91 6291512080) 04.44pm about the receiving my bike she told me Sir I have send your request to Road Side Assistant to arrange crane and your bike will pick up shortly. Suddenly I received a message at 04.59pm Trust our service partner has successfully repaired your vehicle for any assistance please call on our “18002100007”. I called on this number and customer care person told me sir we have not received any request to pick your bike he told me sir I will arrange to pick up your bike and the person reached you around 07:00pm to pick up your bike I was still waiting for the consent person (M.J.Crane 9831013483) he keep saying our driver on the way he will reach you shortly I will provide you number but he make me fool he keep saying sir our driver is on the way. Then around 08.30pm I call the customer care he told me Sir wait I will provide your vehicle number and driver number he drop my phone and I was waited for 15 minutes and not received any response from customer care later again I call the customer care and this time a lady received my call and she told my sir M.J. Crane said his vehicle not able to go its need repair it will take 1 hour to reach the destination, customer care said Sir the M.J.Crane said it will take more one hour to reach you I said mam I received confirmation message from royal Enfield that pick up vehicle reached and receive my bike which is totally false she told me Sir I will arrange another pick up van later she told me sir the other crane service provider denied to pick up your vehicle and so I said mam one more hour I will wait for M.J.Crane could you request him to pick up my bike she said sir this time he also denied to receive your vehicle. Sir last night was horrible for me I don’t understand whats going wrong with me I was 1.5km away from my home and this time the lady request me to park anywhere tomorrow morning she will arrange to pick up my vehicle. I was totally frustrated from such kind of service I am going to file case against Royal Enfield who has provide a tremendous service for a new customer who is waiting for Royal Enfield service from 01.15am to till 9.30pm just for pick up his bike. I was parked my bike one of friend of my brother 20 min its take to push the bike to reach the destination later at night I received a call from +91 2262275800 at night he apologies for such a bad service and he provide assurance next day morning he will arrange a pick up service and take care of my bike. today morning around 9.15am pick up service pick up my bike and I received a confirmation “We have successfully registered your Royal Enfield Motorcycle with the register number WB-12BD-2420for service at Austin Distributor Pvt. Ltd (Service). Your Token No. is R-20201116-Tok-00005. ” at 14.21pm. After that I have not received any update of my bike. I request you to take legal action against this service, I will take legal action on this. I keep trying to call manager from where I purchased my bike his phone keep show switch off from tomorrow till now.
