I have courier my bike on Jan 3, 2023 from Bangalore to Pune thro Grewal Transport Service. They were told the cost would be 6500 and bike will be delivered in 3-4 days.
Firstly, I gave my details right, yet they gave me the invoice with the wrong name but with correct number and other details.
In order to that, they were forcely asked me to do full payment without the bike is delivered. As they said, I have made a payment of Rs 9990 on Jan 6,2023. I expect the bike to be delivered by max of Jan 10,2023. But as of date 17th of Jan 2023, I am not getting any proper response from them. I expect the bike might get any damage.
Adding to it, they said we will send the tracking link in order to track the vehicle. Till date I haven’t got any link regarding to it and I have been asking it from the day Jan 6, 2023. They also charged the cost of 550 for it.
Yet the bike is to be delivered, I have been spending lot of money to cabs and auto. Also I’m going under depressed state on what actually happened to bike.
