Today i recharged 48 and it was pending and I called the customer service they told me it is failed you can recharge again the previous one will get refunded but now both recharge got succesful , i even called the senior airtel customer asharaf named person he told me that we can do nothing
For me it’s online fraud to make someone do two times recharge
